We bake fresh daily. We believe in perfect pastry, made from scratch, every day, right here on the farm. Making an outstanding pie takes lots of practise, and our bakers have been practising for years.
Upon entering our market, customers are greeted by the tantalizing aroma of freshly baked fruit pies, chelsea buns, muffins, butter tarts, croissants, hot dog and hamburger buns, scones, cookies and cinnamon buns.
